Dr. Kiran Shete is a renowned Orthopedic Surgeon from Pune and has special interest in Spine Care. He completed his Bachelors from prestigious B J Medical College, Pune in year 1998 and then worked as Medical Officer in Rural India for one year. After completing his Masters in Orthopedic Surgery from Pune, Dr. Shete also cleared his DNB (Diplomat of National Board) in year 2003. Dr. Kiran Shete has also been conferred Membership of National Academy of Medical Sciences. Dr. Shete has also completed his fellowships in Germany and Switzerland wherein he got exposure to global best practices in orthopedics.
Dr. Shete has also completed postgraduate program in management from top ranked Indian School of Business, Hyderabad in year 2008. Dr. Kiran Shete holds life memberships of Indian Orthopedic Association, Indian Arthroscopic Association, Maharashtra Orthopedic Association and Poona Orthopedic Association. He is also a consultant to Spring Healthcare, a private Equity firm which invests in various healthcare ventures. Dr. Kiran Shete worked in Sancheti Hospital, Pune and Dr D Y Patil Medical College Hospital, Pimpri as Consultant orthopedic surgeon and Assistant Professor in Orthopedic.
"Along with course of training and practice as Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Kiran Shete developed special interests in Spine Care area. Dr. Shete has done research in back, neck and joint pain area with focus on non surgical management of these ailments. He studied occupational related hazards and effects on musculoskeletal ailments. His has extensive work in Ergonomics and Postural problems, especially in young population. He has proposed “Dynamic Functional Theory” for proper working of muscles and joints in body and his Spinalogy Approach is based on the same theory. He has published two research articles in Indexed journals and two research projects are under the process of publication.

She also holds the post graduate proficiency in Panchkarma from Ashtang Ayurveda college ,Pune. Dr. Sunita Pandey is a winner of Maharana Mewar Foundation award for excellence in studies. She has about 6 years of practice as medical practitioner. Dr. Pandey has practiced as medical Officer for one year in Ashtang Ayurveda College. Dr. Sunita Pandey possess a very good analytical skill, excellent understanding of medical terminology, processes and application of scientific data. |

Aditi Kulkarni has completed her Bachelor of Physitherapy PMT`s College of Physitherapy, Loni, Ahamednagar(MH) 2010. Her project was on“To study the effect of conventional therapy (IFT,TENS,EXERCISES) versus conventional therapy plus proprioception and balance exercises in Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint”. She has also successfully completed Fellowship in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Fellowship in sports science from Apollo hospital Hyderabad in 2011-2012.
